They can be used to prevent open hands and blisters, but also if blisters have already formed. One pack contains 20 pieces. You can choose between Medium 2-finger holes or Large 3-finger holes. We recommend using 2-finger holes up to and including youth, and 3-finger holes from junior level, but this is of course up to each individual to decide. See the dimensions of both below.
