Sparkle & Dream stands for high quality gymnastics clothing, but unfortunately it can happen that one of the Sparkle & Dream articles contains a manufacturing defect. Sparkle & Dream offers a 3 month warranty on the articles delivered by us, these 3 months start on the day of the order (order date).

A manufacturing defect is damage to an item that is NOT caused by the following factors:
– Incorrect usage (removing wires, labels, etc.)
– Normal wear and tear (pilling of packages, fading of fabrics, thinning of material, loss of sheen of the fabric and stains)
– Poor maintenance such as not washing after every use (see our page for washing and care instructions )
– Color progression (for example, in suits that have a combination of light and dark fabrics, or a difference between a leotard and a leotard)

Please note that with certain fabrics, such as printed lycra and foil fabric, it happens faster that the fabric fades than a package of plain mystic or lycra. With printed fabrics, this happens on white plain lycra or glitter fabric, which causes damage to occur more quickly during use. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a guarantee on this. These are the properties of printed glitter fabric and printed lycra. In addition, it is possible that the gloss layer disappears with mystic glitter fabric.

To invoke your warranty, we would like to ask you to first send clear photos showing the manufacturing defect to info@sparkleanddream.nl. The accompanying text must clearly state an order number and a description of the complaint. This must be received by us within 5 days of receiving your order. We will process this complaint within 14 days and, if necessary, ask you to return the package to us.

Please note: unfortunately we cannot accept used clothing that has not been washed and you will then be responsible for the shipping costs to receive the clothing back.
