How will my order be shipped by Sparkle & Dream?

Sparkle & Dream usually sends your package within 1 business day (if in stock, you can find this information with the relevant article), the articles that are personalized have a delivery time of 1-3 business days. For the Netherlands, if your package fits through the letterbox, we use standard shipping costs of €4.50. Does your package not fit through the letterbox or are you from Belgium? The costs of parcel post are €6.50. With all options you will receive a track & trace code from us with which you can track your shipment.

If you order above €100.00, shipping costs are free for private individuals who order via the website within the Netherlands and Belgium.

In which countries can I have my order delivered?

Sparkle & Dream currently ships to the Netherlands and Belgium and all other countries in Europe and worldwide, the rates for this vary, you will see the final price once you have filled in your details in the second to last step.

If I am not satisfied with my order, can I return it?

Of course, if a product does not meet your expectations, you can return the order within 14 days.

There are a number of conditions attached to this:

• The product is unworn/unused
• Sale and promotional items may only be exchanged for a different size (return costs are for your account, we will pay for the resending of the new item or size once). If there is nothing you like at that moment, you will receive a gift voucher from us.
• Jewelry, personalized printed items and custom made items, unfortunately CANNOT be returned.

• Pack the product in the ORIGINAL packaging and pack it with care!
• Add the packing slip/invoice to your return shipment and return it within 14 days of receipt to the return address below only!
• Return costs and responsibility for correct shipping are at your own expense and you can return the package to a postal point of your choice.
Exchange: if it concerns an exchange, please indicate on the enclosed packing slip/invoice for the item in question: exchange 1 size larger/smaller and we will resend the correct size and/or colour (one time!) free of charge.
• After your return has been processed, you will receive the amount back into the account used for payment within a maximum of 7 days.
