How will my order be shipped by Sparkle & Dream?
Sparkle & Dream usually ships your package within 1 business day (if the item is in stock; this information can be found on the relevant product page). Personalized items have a delivery time of 1–3 business days. For orders within the Netherlands, shipping costs are €5.95. You will receive a tracking number so you can follow your shipment.

Orders over €100.00 qualify for free shipping for private customers ordering through our website within the Netherlands and Belgium.

Which countries do you ship to?
Sparkle & Dream currently ships to the Netherlands, Belgium, all other European countries, and worldwide. Shipping rates vary by destination. The final shipping cost will be displayed after you have entered your details during the checkout process.


RETURNS

Can I return my order if I am not satisfied?
Of course! If a product does not meet your expectations, you may return your order within 14 days.

You can easily register your return through our return portal (click here).

In this portal, enter your order number and the email address you used to place the order. You can find your order number in your order confirmation. Please note: always enter your order number including the # in front of it, otherwise the system will not be able to find your order.

Please note the following conditions:
• The product must be unworn and unused.
• Sale and promotional items can only be exchanged for a different size (return shipping costs are at your expense; we will cover the shipping cost of the replacement item or size once). If the desired size is no longer in stock, you will receive a refund in the form of store credit.
• Jewelry, personalized printed items, and custom-made products cannot be returned.
• Please return the product in its ORIGINAL packaging and package it carefully.
• Include a note with your order number in your return package. Returns must be sent within 14 days of receipt to the return address listed below only.
• Return shipping costs and responsibility for correct shipment are at your own expense. You may choose your preferred postal service or drop-off point.
• Exchanges: If you would like to exchange an item, please indicate on the return form, for example, “exchange for 1 size larger/smaller” next to the relevant product. We will then send the correct size free of charge (one-time only). Exchanges are only possible for a different size or color of the same product and not for a different product. Exchanges outside the European Union are not possible.
• Once your return has been processed (within a maximum of 14 days after receipt), your refund will be issued to the original payment method within a maximum of 7 days.
