RETURNS
For this we refer to our shipping and returns page.
Returns will be processed within a maximum of two weeks after receipt, but often this happens much faster!
The return costs are for the customer. A return label can be purchased at the nearest parcel point, it does not matter if this is at a postNL, DHL, DPD, etc.
It is possible to return from outside the EU. However, customs clearance costs must be paid. These costs are for the account of the customer. The costs vary between twenty and sixty euros. As a result, it is not possible to exchange items.
Yes, it is possible to return this in the same package. Both packing slips must be included so that we can process both returns.
DELIVERY
If you do not collect the package on time, it will be returned to us and we will charge shipping costs again. We therefore ask you to collect your package.
We are sorry that you received an incorrect or damaged product. Please contact our customer service at info@sparkleanddream.nl and send a photo of what you received and a photo of the packing slip. We will help you as best we can.
No, unfortunately it is not possible to send an order via express delivery.
The address can be changed until the order is packed. Please contact us as soon as possible, then we will see if it is still possible to change the address.
SALE
It is possible to return a leotard from the sale. The money will not be refunded, but you will receive a gift card with the amount spent on it. It is also possible to exchange the leotard for a different size.
Leotards that are on sale will not be returned to the collection. However, we do recommend that you leave your email address with the sold-out leotard. This leotard may be returned by someone else, which will allow us to get one back in stock.
CLUBS
Yes, this is possible, these can be ordered via the website.
This is possible from 25 pieces. Below 25 pieces you can choose from the collection packages of the website.
For clubs it is possible to reorder these leotards. The price will then be the original price and the delivery time is approximately 12 weeks.
There is no special discount code for clubs that order from the collection.
For fitting, you can order the leotard recommended by your contact person via the website and then return it. If this is also the leotard you are interested in, you can keep it and add to it later with a reorder.
There is no limit to how long you can reorder a personalized leotard. This depends on how long you want to keep the leotard as a club leotard.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to settle the discount afterwards.

We are available by phone from Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
It is not necessary to make an appointment (this is necessary if you want to come as a club). We are open from Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 17:00.
Unfortunately, we never know exactly when we will receive new stock. We recommend that you leave your email address with the sold out leotard. When it comes back in stock, you will receive an email immediately!
Normally we are not open on weekends. That is why we plan a few open weekends per year. If you would like to come by during an open weekend, you can reserve a time slot with us in which you can come and try on leotards.
Everything is packed as quickly as possible. Therefore it is not possible to cancel the order.
At this time it is not possible to make changes to an already completed order. If something went wrong, we ask you to return the desired items and place a new order.
