1. (JUNIOR) MARKETING MANAGER/CONTENT CREATOR (24-38 HOURS)

Do you have experience as a marketing manager or would you like to learn this? And do you want to be fully responsible for marketing activities within Sparkle&Dream several days a week? Are you that creative all-rounder who can think outside the box? Are you also enthusiastic, accurate, driven, and able to offer the young customers of Sparkle&Dream and their parents the Sparkle experience? Then you are the one we are looking for! Daily activities:
– Maintaining social media: Facebook, Instagram & Tiktok
– Creating marketing content for social media
– Creating and managing online campaigns via Google/Facebook ads
– Organizing promotional campaigns and/or events
– Conducting or coordinating market research
– Developing a long-term and short-term marketing plan and determining strategies
– Following trends and developments within the sector and responding to them
– Evaluating and analyzing ongoing campaigns, both online and offline

– Arranging the display window in general and placing decorations in the store during, for example, sales, open weekends, or holidays
– Opening and closing the store

Daily activities:
– Maintaining the customer base (the gymnastics clubs)
– Processing new club requests that come in via email or phone (no cold acquisition applies)
– Discovering what clubs want and quickly responding to these needs
– Managing our design team by directly addressing the club's request
– Administering all clubs in our CRM system
– Drawing up quotes and invoices for clubs
– Ensuring that deliveries run smoothly
– Maintaining relationships with existing clubs
– Providing information and advice to and supporting clubs
– Collecting and expanding existing market knowledge

BACKOFFICE CLUBS EMPLOYEE (24-38 HOURS)

Do you have an eye for detail, are you eager to learn, and do you want to be an important link in the process of custom gymnastics leotards for clubs? Then this position is for you! We are looking for an enthusiastic back-office clubs employee to support our account management team and assist with daily operations. You will work in a young and fast-growing company, where you can learn and develop yourself further.

Daily activities:
– Assisting with maintaining the customer base (gymnastics clubs)
– Maintaining contact with clubs that have been less active, and approaching them in a friendly and proactive manner to see how we can further support them
– Assisting with administering clubs in our CRM system
– Assisting with drawing up quotes and invoices
– Maintaining relationships with existing clubs and providing them with information and advice
– Helping to gather market information
