Activities:
– Pay attention to visitors of Sparkle&Dream
– Helping our customers by providing advice and explanations about our products
– Serving customers at the cash register
– Replenish stock in the store by, for example, counting or refilling
– Keeping the store tidy by cleaning, dusting/vacuuming
– Decorating the shop window in general and placing decorations in the shop during sales, open weekends or public holidays, for example
– Opening and closing the store

Do you have warehouse, shop or webshop experience or would you like to learn this? And would you like to prepare orders for our best customers, unpack the latest collections and provide support with inventory management several days a week? Daily activities:
– You are responsible for incoming mail in the broadest sense of the word, so you speak to both our customers and some of our suppliers. But you ultimately know what to do with every email!

– Maintaining the customer base (the gymnastics clubs)
– Process new club applications received via email or telephone (no cold calling applicable)
– Find out what clubs want and be able to respond quickly to this need

– Preparing quotations and invoices for clubs
– Ensuring that deliveries run smoothly

– Maintaining contact with clubs that have been less active and approaching them in a friendly and proactive manner to see how we can further support them
