WAREHOUSE TOPPER (12-24 HOURS)

Do you have warehouse, retail, or online store experience, or are you eager to learn? And would you like to spend several days a week preparing orders for our best customers, unpacking the latest collections, and supporting inventory management? Are you enthusiastic, meticulous, and have an eye for detail? Then we're looking for you! You'll be working for a young and rapidly growing company, so you too can continue to learn and grow while you work!

Daily activities:
- Collecting items in the warehouse
- Packing the items on the order list
– Check the order list for quantities
– Close and label the packaging correctly
– Preparing the items for shipment
- In case of deviations, think in terms of problem-solving and approach the customer or have the manager approach you
- Daily maintenance and cleaning of the workplace
– Unpacking incoming deliveries
– Inventory management support
- Purchasing/administrative support

SHOP ASSISTANT (SATURDAY AND WEDNESDAY)

Do you have retail experience or are you eager to learn? And do you want to be the one who greets our customers with a smile and provides a pleasant experience during their Saturday shopping trip? Are you enthusiastic, sociable, independent, and empathetic? Then we're looking for you!

Activities:
– Paying attention to visitors of Sparkle&Dream
– Helping our customers by providing advice and explanations about our products
- Serving customers at the cash register
- Replenish stock in the store by, for example, counting or topping up
- Keeping the store tidy by cleaning, dusting/vacuuming
- Decorating the shop window in general and placing decorations in the shop during sales, open weekends or public holidays, for example.
– Opening and closing the store

The top candidate we are looking for:
– Is 18 years or older
– Has good social and communication skills

- Keeping up with social media Facebook, Instagram & Tiktok
– Creating marketing content for social media

– Developing a long-term and short-term marketing plan and determining strategies
- Following trends and developments within the sector and responding to them

Daily activities:
You'll be responsible for incoming mail in the broadest sense of the word, so you'll be answering both our customers and some of our suppliers. But ultimately, you'll know how to handle every email!
- You are responsible for telephone customer service
- You are responsible for the administrative processing of incoming deliveries, returns, putting articles online and the associated inventory management
– You ensure that all our customers are satisfied with their shopping experience at Sparkle&Dream every day!

– Has at least an MBO work and thinking level

Daily activities:
- Maintaining the customer base (the gymnastics clubs)
– Process new club applications received by email or telephone (no cold calling required)
– Find out what clubs want and be able to respond quickly to this need
– Managing our design team by directly responding to the club's needs
- Administering all clubs in our CRM system
- Preparing quotations and invoices for clubs
- Ensuring that deliveries run smoothly
- Maintaining relationships with existing clubs
– Providing information, advice and support to clubs

We're looking for an enthusiastic back-office club employee to support our account management team and assist with daily operations. You'll be working in a young and rapidly growing company where you can learn and develop further.

Daily activities:
- Support in maintaining the customer database (gymnastics clubs)
– Maintaining contact with clubs that have been less active, and approaching them in a friendly and proactive manner to see how we can further support them
- Support in administering clubs in our CRM system
- Assisting in preparing quotations and invoices
– Maintain relationships with existing clubs and provide them with information and advice
- Assist in collecting market information

The top candidate we are looking for:
– Has a problem-solving mindset and thinks along with the clubs to realize solutions.
– You have a talent for contact and communication, both written and verbal
– Good command of Dutch and English (German and French are a plus)
