1. STORE ASSOCIATE (SATURDAY AND WEDNESDAY)

Do you have shop experience or would you like to learn? And do you want to be the one who welcomes our customers with a smile and gives them a pleasant experience while shopping on Saturday? Are you enthusiastic, social, independent and do you have good empathy? Then we are looking for you!

Activities:
– Pay attention to visitors of Sparkle&Dream
– Helping our customers by providing advice and explanations about our products
– Serving customers at the cash register
– Replenish stock in the store by, for example, counting or refilling
– Keeping the store tidy by cleaning, dusting/vacuuming
– Decorating the shop window in general and placing decorations in the shop during sales, open weekends or public holidays, for example
– Opening and closing the store

The top performer we are looking for:
– Is 18 years or older
– Has good social and communication skills
– Is customer friendly, always willing to listen and help
– Has good empathy towards our young customers and their parents
– Is stress-resistant and has a natural talent for multitasking, can switch well between different tasks

WAREHOUSE TOPPER (24-38 HOURS)

Do you have warehouse, shop or webshop experience or would you like to learn this? And would you like to prepare orders for our best customers, unpack the latest collections and provide support with inventory management several days a week? Are you enthusiastic, accurate and do you have an eye for detail? Then we are looking for you! You will work at a young and fast growing company, so that you too can learn more and grow during your work!

Daily activities:
– Collecting items in the warehouse
– Packing the items on the order list
– Check the order list for quantities
– Properly closing and labeling the packaging
– Preparing the items for shipment
– In case of deviations, think in terms of problem solving and approach the customer or have the manager approach you
– Daily maintenance and cleaning of the workplace
– Unpacking incoming deliveries
– Inventory management support
– Purchasing/administration support

You will be working at a young and fast growing company, so that you too can learn more and grow during your work! Enthusiasm, attention to detail and accuracy are the most important qualities we are looking for.

Daily activities:
– You are responsible for incoming mail in the broadest sense of the word, so you speak to both our customers and some of our suppliers. But you ultimately know what to do with every email!
– You are responsible for telephone customer service
– You are responsible for the administrative processing of incoming deliveries, returns, putting articles online and the associated inventory management
– You ensure that all our customers are satisfied with their shopping at Sparkle&Dream every day!

(JUNIOR) MARKETING MANAGER (20-38 HOURS)

Do you have experience as a marketing manager or would you like to learn this? And do you want to be fully responsible for marketing activities within Sparkle&Dream several days a week? Are you that creative jack-of-all-trades who can think out of the box? Are you also enthusiastic, accurate, driven and able to offer the Sparkle experience to the young customers of Sparkle&Dream and their parents? Then you are the one we are looking for! You will work at a young and fast-growing company, so that you too can learn more and more and grow during your work.

Daily activities:
– Keeping up with social media Facebook, Instagram & TikTok
– Creating marketing content for social media
– Creating and managing online campaigns via Google/Facebook ads
– Organizing promotional activities and/or events
– Conducting or coordinating market research
– Developing a long-term and short-term marketing plan and determining strategies
– Following trends and developments within the sector and responding to them
– Evaluating and analyzing ongoing campaigns both online and offline
– Managing and motivating marketing interns

Do you want to be partly responsible for the clubs that realize their own unique custom-made gymnastics outfit several days a week? Are you the support and confidant in this fun process and do you go through fire for our clubs to offer them the best? Are you enthusiastic, accurate, driven and able to be a real ambassador for Sparkle&Dream? Then you are the representative we are looking for! You will work at a young and fast-growing company, so that you too can learn more and grow during your work.

Daily activities:
– Maintaining the customer base (the gymnastics clubs)
– Process new club applications received via email or telephone (no cold calling applicable)
– Find out what clubs want and be able to respond quickly to this need
– Managing our design team by directly responding to the club's needs
– Administering all clubs in our CRM system
– Preparing quotations and invoices for clubs
– Ensuring that deliveries run smoothly
– Maintaining relationships with existing clubs
– Providing information, advice and support to clubs
– Collecting and expanding existing knowledge about the market

– Has good social and communication skills, both written and oral

BACK OFFICE CLUBS EMPLOYEE (24-38 HOURS)

Do you have an eye for detail, are you eager to learn and do you want to be an important link in the process of custom-made gymnastics leotards for clubs? Then this position is for you! We are looking for an enthusiastic back office club employee who supports our account management team and helps with the daily operations. You will work in a young and fast growing company, where you can learn and develop yourself further.

Daily activities:
– Support in maintaining the customer base (gymnastics clubs)
– Maintaining contact with clubs that have been less active and approaching them in a friendly and proactive manner to see how we can further support them
– Support in administering clubs in our CRM system
– Assisting in preparing quotations and invoices
– Maintain relationships with existing clubs and provide them with information and advice
– Assist in collecting market information
