Sparkle&Dream grips are ladies'/girls' models, ideal for use on uneven bars. They reduce the risk of blisters and provide better grip on the bar. Determining the size is simple: measure from the first knuckle of the middle finger to the wrist and compare the length in centimeters with the size chart.

Size chart:
00 | 13.0-14.2 cm
0 | 14.2-15.5 cm
1 | 15.5-16.5 cm
2 | 16.5-18.0 cm
3 | 18.0-19.0 cm

1. Always have your coach check if you have the correct size.
2. Check your grips for wear and tear; if they show wear, DO NOT use them anymore.
3. Preferably replace the grips every season with frequent use.
